Axle u-bolt torques?

I need to know what proper torque specs are for the nuts on the rear axle u-bolts. I'm swapping out my 3" lowering blocks for the 1 3/8", and I misplaced the EE instructions.

If i remember 80-85 ft lbs is correct....
