back window gasket

I have an 03 trac and the outer gasket for the back window has come loose. It looks like if you took the trim around the window off you could get to it. If so, how do you get the trim off? Thanks

The back glass is a "one-piece" bolt-in unit and has very few replaceable parts. Have a photo of what you're talking about?
