Keyless entry reset

Saw a thread that said an original door code was under a windshield plate, but that wasn't true. Ford, in Hawaii at least, refuse to help with an 03. Any advice is welcome.

It would be on the box in the dash, you could remove the passenger side air bag to see the module.... any lock smith can read it, or if you have access to forscan.
