My backup light fuse keeps blowing on my '01 ST. It labeled at number 27 in the owners manual. Description is DRL, Backup Lamps Switch, DTR Sensor. My ST is stock...any ideas?

The DRL and DTr are your day time running lights ( if equipped) ,, Do you have Day time running lights that may have a shorted bulb.. IF not, the filament in the back up bulb may be shorting out, or the wiring some where has a short..

I don't have daytime running lights...both rear bulbs work fine until the fuse blows...guess I'll start digging around...Thanks

Check the size of the fuze... When does it go??... night ? day?? rain???
Could even be a short in the steering wheel.....
