Not bad for only two months!:supercool:

Bagpipes can be played good or bad, bad sound like you're squeezing a cat!!!:bwahaha:

Do you know why bagpipers are always walking / marching when they are playing?.....They are trying to get away from the sound!

he has been only doing this for about 2 months....

Doing what for two months?

Playing the bagpipes?

Or wandering around aimlessly atop sewer plants?

To paraphrase Zero Mostel,

"A bagpiper on the roof,

A most unusual site,

It might not mean a thing,

But then again it might!"

As someone who has played the bagpipes for the past 20 years of his life, I can honestly say ...that wasn't "bad" for only 2 months. I'm assuming you mean he's only been playing the bagpipes for 2 months, but has probably been working on his chanter work for quite some time.

If you want to give him some tips, tell him he needs to work on steadier blowing. He needs to get his blowing and arm squeezing in sync and the drones wont sound as wild. I'm not sure if he has learned how to tune his drones yet, because they were very out-of-whack.

Thanks Todd...I enjoyed it. Not bad for 2 months. I have always wanted to buy a decent set but never did. I don't know about the kilt thing although my ancestors would be ashamed...LOL! Wonder what they cost and where you could buy a decent starter set.

Also enjoyed the waste treatment plant. Got my OTCO Wastewater certification many years ago but didn't get to really work in the the business. When you ask an engineer what the smell is around a wastewater plant, they'll tell you that's the smell of money! LOL!!

You'd be looking at spending a couple thousand on a great set of pipes (like mine:supercool:).

a "decent" set will cost you a few hundred.

A few thousand for bagpipes? I'm in shock; I never would have thought that, but I suppose I shouldn't be so surprised.

The video was hilarious, the attire made it

Amazing Grace on bagpipes always makes me think of The Wrath of Khan.
