9:30 a.m. Arrive to Louisville Assembly Plant

10:00 a.m. Louisville Assembly Plant, Safety Video Video Conference Room

10:15 a.m. Tour of Louisville Assembly Plant – (Assembly Lines will not be running)

11:00 a.m. T-shirt Room / Purchases Cafeteria

11:00 a.m. Sport Trac Adrenalin review Audit Room

11:30 a.m. Depart from Louisville Assembly Plant to Hotel

Police Escort out to Bat Museum ( IF needed)

12:00 p.m. Arrive to Louisville Slugger Museum

1:00 p.m. Lunch

1:30 p.m. Plant Manager Remarks / Video

6:00 p.m. Dinner at Mark's Feed Store ( ONLY THE 30, PRE SIGNED UP!!)





Saturday June 14, 2008

9:30 a.m. Police to block traffic at light outside hotel

9:30 a.m. Caravan to Huber's Farm departing the Jameson Inn

10:00 a.m. Arrival at Huber's Farm. Welcome speech from Mysporttrac.com explaining raffle and thanking everyone for attending.

10:15 a.m. Short speech from Dave Turner.

10:30 a.m. Show & Shine and Raffle setup will begin; attendees will meet and get to know each other. Vendors will display their products and Dyno testing of those interested will begin

11:00 a.m. Judging of the Show & Shine will begin

12:00 p.m. Lunch will be served in the Barnyard Bash II Building

3:00 p.m. Winners of the Show & Shine judging and People's Choice awards will be announced and prizes awarded. Raffle will be held for door prizes.

4:00 p.m. Activities at Huber's Farm end and contracted time expires



Remember these are not set in stone and can change at any time, but this is what we are planning.



EACH person will receive a copy of the official agenda when they check in to get their welcome packet and other materials.

I just booked my hotel room and will be there on Wed.



I'm getting the Trac ready for the trip.

Replaced the front pads and rotors last night.

Had a new stainless cat-back exhaust put on last weekend.

Replaced a squeaking u-joint last week



Still to do:

Spark plugs

Wash, Zaino, clean up the interior

Do something with my billet grille

Just out of curiosity do they have 91 octane at the gas stations in Louisville? the reason I'm askingis I'm up to dyno run my truck but would like to test the 2 91 octane tunes I have rather than the 1 87. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.
