Does anyone make bed rail caps (plastic top edges) that just cover up the holes for the tie down nubs? not looking for the tie down replacements but whole bed rail caps that replace the existing ones... anyone?

New ones are about 50 each from the dealer if you want to mod your some how..

If your talking about the allen holes in the tie downs, you can go to your local Harley Davidson shop & get some chrome allen hole covers. They just snap in, and look great.
