black fluid leak

I have a black oil spot on floor of garage...underneath the ST it looks like between console of both seats underside? It that the transfer case? Both shafts come in here...

also wondering if related...a loud vibration noise can be heard until 70mph....then it's real quiet noise....same time I noticed the leak last week in garage!

The transfer case fluid is supposed to be Red if in good condition.....



Check the T-case and the transmission fluid levels....

Transmission fluid is normal level and red. Maybe front differential?

Put Trac on jackstands, get under it, than LOOK around using your eyes.

I don't have jack stands..i used the creeper and slid under and noticed the black oil leaking and not sure what the correct name is of the area leaking...transmission or differential? I'm guessing differnetial...wouldn't transmission be located more forward?

Thanx for pics guys! It is the transfer case...=( Gonna get it shop this week and see.
