Blown speaker

Hi all,

I have a blown speaker in my driver door of a 2008 ST Limited, and need to replace. Although I am mechanically inclined, I know nothing about doors. I dont see screws or anything to undo, anyone know what I need to do, pop off, etc?

And any input on a replacement speaker?

Pop all the switches and unplug them. Start at the bottom and pop it outward. Then up the sides. Lift straight up then out.

you could also get a decent set of aftermarket speakers a place like crutchfield will give you everything you need to install them except the tools

Um, be careful, my experience is that you need to get under the window control panel to undo those screws and unplug the switches. Then the door panel should slide upwards. Don't think they used those pop-in fasteners. I know because I broke a bunch of them on my F-250. Bob
