i have them on my 04 adren, i also had the on my 02. i just went with a set of 275/70/16's on my 04. i love them and after last winter they proved to be able to get thru the snow ok. dry and wet traction are great , but there is a little more road noise then on the stock ones.[Broken External Image]:

I have them in 265/75R16. So far so good with them. We're supposed to get some snow this week, so I'll find out how well they work in the white stuff.

We're looking at the 265/75R16. Can I ask what you paid for them? We've been quoted $699, mounted and balanced with lifetime rotation. The first place we went to, wanted $260/tire so this price sounds much better to us.

I paid $500 total for my set of 265/70R16s. They were on sale at the military exchange. That price is for four tires, balanced with lifetime warranty and lifetime rotation. They have been great in snow (over 12-inches), ice, mud and rain. Most of my miles have been highway driving.

I think I paid $169 each for 265/65-17. I like them. I also like the reduced sidewall (flex) with the 17" rim.

Ensure that the dealer uses the yellow dot on the tire when mounting.

It's not a big deal, but these tires are covered by Bridgestone's Platinum Pact Limited Warranty for passenger and light truck tires, which is (essentially): "The free tire replacement period: If within 3 years from date of purchase (Proof of Purchase Date Required) or 4 years from the date of manufacture, whichever is to the owner's advantage, and before wearing down to 2/32nds of an inch of remaining original useable tread, a tire covered by this warranty becomes unusable for any reason within the manufacturer's control, such tire will be replaced free of charge (including mounting and balancing)." Read more on Bridgestone's website

I note this only so you will not be charged for something offered by the dealer, and so you'll know in the case that there is a defect, so you won't be charged a pro-rate.

geez...i just got as quote on those of $850 out the door... don't really wanna spend that much....

I got mine in P265/75-16 a week after I got the Trac. My cousin worked at Firestone at the time, so I got the family & friends discount. I knocked the hell out of my alignment 'froading and burned the outer half off my fronts before I knew it. Just got two new ones for the front from Tire Rack for $119/ea., shipping was $39/pr., mounted at a local shop for $20/pr.

The lowriders aren't the only ones who can three-wheel.

I was looking into the Revo 235/75/15s, but decided with the BF Goodrich All Terrains of the same size... I am so pleased, the ride is rougher and louder though, but i dont care cuz ill make it through almost anything! but they're only $110.00 each, and the revos were closer to $135.00...I cant break this things loose on right turns with wet roads even! lol Soo much traction! You should consider them.

I had these tires on my ST for a while. I must say they were most excellent! The snow tration was awesome. I have a 4wd non LS ST and I did not need the 4wd last winter, even when we had a good amount of snow (6" around here is pretty extreme) I had to get rid of them because my lower ball joints went bad and really cupped the front tire pretty bad. Rather than listen to them groan, I replaced them with Goodyear Forteras with silent armor. Like those as well..

This is from the Bridgestone site with regard to the REVO:

"Warranty Summary:

Platinum Pact Limited Warranty

30-Day Test Drive

Standard Limited Warranty"

A tire with no warranty? C'mon, who'd buy them (especially for the price of these)???

If you have been told something else, especially that there is no warranty, go elsewhere. If in doubt, call the Bridgestone Corporate Headquarters at 615-937-1000. If you find that there is this warranty, please report to Bridgestone the dealer that told you there is no warranty.

I called a Firestone dealer (Firestone and Bridgestone are the same company) and asked. The 50,000mi standard warranty has been eliminated for certain size tires (larger sizes) due to warranty "overuse". Basically, people have been using the larger size tires off-road, beating them up, and wanting a pro-rate for replacement. The Platinum Pact Limited Warranty, for manufacturer defects, is still in place. Get more details on the size you want.
