A proud union steel worker was at a convention in Vegas. While there he decided to check out a brothel. He walks into one and sees several beautiful women, but starts wondering about their work life.
He asks the madame, "Is this a union shop?"
She says, "no it is not."
He asks, "Well then if I give you $100, how much do you get and how much does the girl get?"
She says, "the house takes $80, and the girl gets $20."
"Outrageous! I'll take my money elsewhere.", he says and storms out the door.
This goes on for a few different places, until he comes upon one union brothel.
He asks the madame, "Is this a union shop?"
She says, "Why yes, it is."
He asks, "Well then if I give you $100, how much do you get and how much does the girl get?"

"That's more like it!" He says, and gives the madame $100.
He says, "I'd like that stunning blonde right there please."
The madame says "I bet you would, but Hilda over here has 56 years seniority, and it's her turn."
