My brother bought 21 acres and was doing some work on it getting it ready to build a home on it and what not.



Put in a pond and fixed the stream so it would run properly and things to this nature.



He put in a stone driveway in order to have his house material delivered and the next week he recieved an updated assessment on the property which raised the taxes by nearly seven time what he was paying.



He asked why and their reason was, "Property accessible by permanent drive..."



They raised even more once the house was considered a dwelling...

Took a nice eight-point and a doe last week during archery season. That was also PA's fall turkey season and I got a turkey on Friday. Really nice to be able to just walk out the back door and start hunting. Unfortunately, my hunting season is pretty much over until Spring gobbler season unless I decide to get a bear tag and use up a few more vacation days next week. [Broken External Image]:
