Can't find part...help

Does anyone know where I can get the license plate light for a 2007 sport trac? How about a rear bumper? I can find a front bumber but not a rear one. If all else fails I will go to the dealership but I was hoping to bypass that.

The little clips seem kind of wimpy on them.
