Can't open door from outside - lock jammed

Hello, can anyone give me detailed instructions on how to fix my problem?



I can only open my driver's side door by pulling on the inside handle. All other doors are fine. The electric for the power lock is ok.



The lock seems like it's not catching because the lock button doesn't stay in the "up" position. It just kinda wiggles when I use the keyless entry. When I pull it up with my fingers, it just goes back down.

Sounds like your latch is screwed up. That's a common problem with all varieties of Explorers .
