Car parts terminology

My daughter's car has some damage to the splash guards inside of both wheel wells. I'm trying to order some new ones, but I'm not sure what they are called. I think that they are called "splash shields". These come for both sides, but there aren't any pictures for me to verify if it is the right part. Here's the description: SPLASH SHIELD, WITH FENDER LINER, DRIVER SIDE, FRONT --

They run about $37.

Rock Auto calls them "fender liner; Right Hand Front inner panel" these run about $12

Terminology help please.
