Yes, she got it. 20/20 vision. Her pupils are 8mm in diameter and because of that, she had to get Wavefront LASIK.

She is happy. Thanks for all your help.

I am pretty sure it is in my future as well. My issue is, since i was in an explosion the eye sight has not settled in just yet. In 6 months I have had 4 lens changes...

I have considered having the corrective surgery for years. Would anyone have any comments about their experience -- the procedure, recovery, cost, etc. I would appreciate it. This is something that I may do next year.

Thanks,

Rocks

MTU,

lasik1 is a LASIK doctor in Key West, Florida. On our last trip to Florida, I was able to meet Paul in person. He is a great guy.

Theresa was scared before the surgery, but once completed, she was happy she had it done. Went into the clinic wearing glasses with an uncorrected vision of 20/50 walked out with 20/20 vision.

If you are a candidate the cost is reasonable. My procedure was 15 minutes, however,

pre-opt was about 3 hours. My vision was much worse than Theresa's. You get immediate results and the only inconvience was getting a ride home. I drove back the next morning for my follow-up. I would recommend it to anyone......

I had lasik about 4 years ago. Corrected my vision to 20/25 and 20/30 from something stupidly high.

I wore contacts got fed up with them then wore glasses.

Lasik was the best "quality of life" thing I have done. It was amazing to wake up the next morining and be able to read the alarm clock from across the room....

As for the acutal surgery, I was nevrous but it went smoothly and quickly.
