CD/MP3/ipod/XM question

ok, more questions. and this time you guys can show off if you want. i have xm radio, plus i use my ipod, and i'm looking at playing some mp3 cds, but i just have the stock radio. so, does anyone have cool set ups where you can do all of this? no fm transmitters please... haha lets see some pictures if you want too.

Anybody got anything that will work if you have the in-dash six disc changer?

I have a 2001 Sport trac with the in-dash 6 cd changer. if I hook up the adaptor from Crutchfield will I lose the use of my cd changer?
