Center console removal

I have an '04 sport XLT. Has anyone removed their center console? I am missing a lot of parts from the original one and got an aftermarket one. I need advise on how to remove the old one.

Silly me. I'm watching too many vids...of course I should have looked in Projects first!

I read all in the projects section and it sure helped me. I changed out my bag console for the solid lid compartment and it was easy as pie! :banana:
