center rear window malfunction-HELP!

Hello all! 1st time on board and looking for advice. I bought the truck of my dreams about 2 months ago; 2010 red STA with 9500 miles. Not a speck on it and no problems until now. The rear window has worked until now, although it seemed a bit slow going up. Now it goes down fine, but only goes up about 1/3 to 1/2 way and then reverses and goes down. I got my wife to grab the pane and help it up and I can get the pane to go up all the way with a little coaxing, but letting it down again and it is the same thing all over again. Please help if you can. Thanks

Sounds like the glass is binding while going up. The motor is designed to stop and reverse if enough resistance is felt (safety feature - like a garage door). Try spraying the tracks with silicone to decrease the resistance. Hopefully that'll do it.
