Hey,

My Check engine light came on and the code was for insufficient EGR. I was checking my vacuum hoses for leaks thanks to a previous post about the elbow hose. While I was checking that I noticed that the hose clamp on the hose under the lower radiator hose was digging into the bottom of the radiator hose. Check your clamps it could save you a blown hose. Still didn't find the vacuum leak.

Maybe the DPFE sensor?

EDIT: Thanks for the heads up..:)

Had the same problem with CEL. Bought the sensor from dealership for about 35.00 and no CEL since. Thanks to this forum.

I just had my DPFE replaced at no charge under an extended warranty at the dealership. Cost me nothing but my time. I have a 2001 with 29,000mi on it.
