Check Engine Error Codes

i got the following Check Engine Error codes:



P0401 EGR Flow Insufficient

P0402 EGR Flow Excessive

P1400 DPFE Sensor Voltage Low(bad DPFE sensor or clogged EGR passages)



i think i need to take it to the Ford dealership. i'm just not sure how much this is gonna cost. i don't want them tellin me i need all these sensors if i don't need them. could it be that the EGR sensor is clogged or dirty? if it does need to be replaced how much should i expect it to be? and could it be any other sensors? i want to be prepared for the call. it seems they always end up telling me i need more than i was prepared for.

Chances are it is only the DPFE sensor that is bad. Easy to replace and not expensive.

Had exact same problem with my 02 a couple of months ago. Was DPFE sensor. Ford extended the warranty for this part so you might be covered. Mine didn't cost me a dime.
