Check Engine Light/Rough Idle

Well, I replaced the DPFE Sensor and it did not seem to stop the rough idle. When I held down the accelerator, the engine seemed to really labor and almost stall on ocassion.When idling, there is a noticable miss. It sounds as if it is comming from the front left side of the engine. Any Ideas? The positive in all of this is that my check engine light has gone off for now.

Spray the MAFS with electrical cleaner and clean the Idle Air Control Motor (see project).
