Class 3 Trailer Hitch

I'm looking for a used Class III (2") Rear Trailer Hitch for a 2007 Sport Trac Adrenalin. Of course, I can get one new from Ford - at great expense, but I'm hoping someone can help me locate a surplus Hitch or one from a Sport Trac that is no longer being driven.

They are welded into the frame. You need to just buy the 2" hitch center peice. Then find a good welder to cut yours out. Then weld it in. No need to buy the whole frame piece. The center 2" peice is the only difference.

The problem is - that I can't find a Welder who will do a cut-out/replacement. Technically, it can be done, but the Welder's all tell me it's all about liability and nobody I've found will do it. Notwithstanding that, the markings on Class III hitch state that it's a higher rated Hitch.
