Those of you who are/were USAF are familiar with the term...

Veteran photographer Nicholas Price spent 18 months snapping images of U.S. Air Force men and women in an attempt to capture the strength and courage of American service members. Price, a British photographer from southern England, was granted unprecedented access to take the 60 black-and-white photographs, which have been obtained by the Library of Congress. "Cleared Hot!" is a U.S. Air Force command used to approve an action -- typically, the release or drop weapons.

Black and white is so powerful in pictures! There are some very nice ones in there. Love the dog, and wonder what is going through the mind of the service woman holding the folded flag? Would love to see the rest of his shots. some were very well taken.
