Complete Home Gym does a TON of different exercises to include a squat rack,lat pull, incline/decline several acc inc. Lat bar,ez curl bar, tri-cep rope & row attachment. Uses free weights & I will include a 300lb Olympic Weight Set. Also included is a punching bag,stand & gloves w/speed bag attachment (speed bag not included.) This has been used maybe for a total of 30 minutes. Everything is GREAT shape. I will deliver locally for FREE. If you would like pics I can email them.

Also included is the wifes step yoga matt and a few dumbells as well.
