Rod, so sorry to hear. Its amazing how our pets become part of the family. And you just posted him a couple of days ago. Its crazy how we miss all the dumb stuff they do, after they're gone. God rest your friend, he deserves it. Bob

Thank you all for the comments i guess sometimes a place to vent helps my yard is empty with no one to greet us when we come and go thank again and i have to say this this a !@$*n great site thanks again

So sorry for your loss. It's very hard to lose a member of the family. My beagle passed in July from stomach cancer. I still have days when I see a pic of him and get teary eyed. I can tell my German Shepherd is still misses him too.
