Junk yard would be the first place to look. Some junk yards are on a computer network, and can locate parts at other junk yards. Some junk yards have inventories online, so that you can look for parts from the comfort of your home..:grin:
Also, ithe proper name for the part you are looking is a "Bumper Cover"

If the cover is cracked from an impact. the actual bumper underneath is most likely broken. That is the part designed to take the impact. As Rich said, what we see is only the bumper cover.

Compare the price of a new bumper cover with an OEM Ford bumber cover. If you decide to go with a bumper cover from a junk yard, you should not pay any more than 50% of what you would pay for a new part.
I know you said that color does not mater, however remember that you might get lucky, and find a bumper cover that is exactly the color you want, and that could also save you some money in painting costs.
