I think we need to try another tactic, we're going to sue Oklahoma for exporting tornadoes to our lovely "Natural State"...



On another note, it's actually legal to marry your second cousin in Missouri. In arkansas, the closest blood relative that can marry is 4th cousins, or your step sister.
