About a year ago I had a similar problem that was corrected with a pvc valve replacement. This year it's a little different.

When I drive home I drive about 20 miles on the interstate and when I get to the end of exit ramp and stop the ST will buck then choke out. I say buck because it lurches like a bad clutch. When the ST is dieing if I shift into neutral or park it's OK. It will continue to do this at every stop I make the rest of the way home. Of course the engine light never comes on so the Ford guys can't tell me anything and it hasn't failed on me while they're open.

Any ideas?

Check the common vacuum elbow that is known for going, Clean the IAC motor.

If all fuel and air filters are ok, Could even be a stuck torque converter clutch...
