Door Lock Repair Question/Problem

Hello, I've got an '02 Sport Trac. Some how, my driver's side electric door lock doesn't work anymore (all other doors work fine). I"ve done some exploring on the driver's side door by removing the door panel and discovered that there is some type of "nut" that holds a small screw in place on the inside part of the door. The inside part of the door I'm referring to has the sticker on it indicating the tire pressure requirements etc...



I can't find the 'nut' that fits onto this screw or one similar in size. How can I get this fixed? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? jj
