Door opening problem

Recently I have noticed a slight click when opening and closing driver side door (which is used most, natch).



It is hard to explain but it seems to catch slightly before further pressure opens door.



Tried lubricating it but no help.



Any suggestions as to cause and fix?

It sounds like the catch latch on the hinge and or the safety catch theat keeps the door from opening too far. Check them to see if they need greased or replaced.

Weird. Right after posting this I went out and drowned it with spray oil.



Works fine now, :supercool:I guess I was too lenient with the oil the first time.

Bizanga, is it still working? I am now having that trouble with mine. I am having a lot of trouble getting it open from the outside, like the latch won't release properly. From the inside, I have to really lean into the door to get it to release.
