there not 6x9 ,its the step below them , 5x7 , front and back

They are TRUE 6x8's. You can use 5x7/6x8's also.

I have 6" round's mounted on a custom plate with tweeters mounted in the upper part of the front doors. The custom plates were only $22.00 a pair at Car Toys.
