DPFE Info

So I'm stationed in Germany with no Ford ST parts dealers other then online stores so it's tough to A. get the part B. get the right part. I ordered a DPFE sensor for my JOB 1 and they sent me a Job 2(Can't tell you how many times this has happened. And yes I know the difference and ordered it correctly.). Come to find out they are interchangeable as long as you get a reading of around 1 volt with a voltmeter. I tried it and so far so good. If anyone knows something different let me know so that I won't damage my ST more then it already is.

When we had PCV changed out it was a upgrade from Ford, which might be the case with your DPFE; but I don't know how to verify that. If I recall correctly the was an extended warrenty on the DPFE sensor. Check to see if you qualify.

If you did not throw a Check lightl then your fine...
