Drag rubber off fenders???

Please advise best way to get the rubber off the fender after a day at the drags.

I have this scrubby thing that I use to get bugs off the front of the car and it gets the rubber off the back just as easy (use LOTS of water while doing it and rinse it well after use)...I picked it up at Sams Club.

Cant tell you how to get it off.. but can tell you how to not get it there next time..



Rub a petrolium Jelly (Vasoline) on the rear Quarters where it gets in the paint. and it will keep it from sticking there..

I do not get it wet I wipe it off with my hand but do not rub to hard then I wash it off with soap and water and next time make sure to have it waxed good then it will come off with little trouble.

Don't use petroleum jelly on your rubbers!

i agree, this is what we have always used.



i have also seen guys put a good coat of wax

back there but to not buff it off untill after

you are done racing.
