More than likely it is not a fuse or something that simple as the other windows are working.
I would suggest that you remove the door panel and test for power at the motor. If there is power at the motor then the motor is defective. No power, then work your way back down the wire to see where you lose power.
Of course ensure it is plugged in once you can see the connection....
