has anyone changed the rear drums to rotors?What hard parts are required other than a set of calipers and pads?It dosent look impossible but a little challenging.Thanks

I have never done it but you can buy complete kits just for this purpose. Do some searches on the web and something should come up.

Sorry, just have to ask.... why would you want to go through all that work.... I've owned several vehicles with four wheel disk brakes, including my current 04 ST, and haven't noticed much difference in braking preformance! Course I'm not on the race track!

It would be easier to trade in your old Trac for a new one with 4 wheel disc brakes if you really want them. Haven't seen any member write up a project on it yet.

No, just over 1 year.
Seriously though, I have not had the time to do it. With my brothers Chevy Truck down, the trailer that gets used once a week, the home projects, and that thing called work getting in the way, it is hard to get things apart. I am sure it will be fast to do. Heck, I might just do it over the weekend.
