Dying Sport Trac II

I had recently sent in a forum concerning my '01 Sport Trac acting like it was going to die when I would shift from drive into park. The rpm's would drop and the truck would kind of sputter and then rpm's would come back up. I replaced the IAC valve and it did not help at all. Any suggestions on what else could be causing this. Thanks.

What about the leaking elbow? Vacuum leak?

Hey, I called the local Ford dealer and the parts guy was familiar with the hose shown in the picture. He said the elbow comes as part of the whole plastic line and is $32. It looks to me that you should be able to change out just the elbow. Do you know if this is possible and where to get it or what size it is ? Thanks.

not for sure ,but you might try a water pump bypass hose . not sure of hose size. just a suggsetion! good luck!

Most members have used an emissions elbow from the "help" section, cost 4 bucks.
