Electric lock for tailgate

I previously installed an electric tailgate lock on my 02 ST. Items in the project section made this very easy.

I recently aquired an 08 St Limited and was wondering how close the project directions would be now and are wiring harness colors the same on both vehicles.

Since the 1st gen. ST's used the electric tailgat lock that fit '01 - '03 F-150 step side, I am thinking that it would be similar for the 2nd gen ST's.
