I have a 02 trac and this morning I heard an electrical pop behind my radio. (sounded electrical at least like when u blow a fuse) Well whatever it was has disabled all my instrument lights, radio, power windows ( rear included) and wipers. The best part is I cant find my owners manual for an 02 without waiting 4-6 weeks supposedly for them to send me one. Does any one have any ideas or actual fuse locations in the panels that might possibly help this problem. Thanks in advance, Shannon

The gem module in your truck will be just to the left of the stereo behind the trim bezel. It's a flat black box with either 3 or 4 big plugs. It's about $90 from the dealer.

I appreciate all the responses , a couple more small questions though. When I pulled out my head unit, I see the GEM module on the left, but am not sure how to remove. Also, what is the best way to remove the trim bezel. P.S. with a bad GEM module, my gauge cluster and other accessories wouldnt be affected? They all seem to work . Thanks again Shannon
