The map in my`03 owners manual shows that based on where I live, my over-head compass should be set to zone 12. ( I also have a suction cup compass on my windshield, because the stock compass is too hard to see during the day.)
The two compass's never really seem to match in readings.
This weekend, I had my `03 shop manual out, and the zone map in that shows I live in zone 10. I then set my over-head compass to 10, and now both compass's match all the time. The map in the owners manual, and in the shop manual, are intirely different!!!!
