engine missing

no the engine is still there but I've got a miss going down the road. I have had it to the shop but it isn't better. On the analyser it says #3 is misfiring and lean mixure. I changed out the plugs and flip flopped the plug wires.....added bottles of injector cleaner to the gas. Any suggestions...the engine light is on most of the time and blinks other times especially when up and down hills where RPM's change a lot....HELP!!!!:wacko:

Did you have the codes read?

It might be the infamous vaccum hose.

The light is on for a reason..... the computer will give you the code. Take it and get it read, Autozone will do for free someplaces.... then we can point you in the right direction.

Have you changed the fuel filter????

Had the same problem on my brother in laws olds... added cleaner, replaced plugs and wires, then i changed the fuel filter, and the miss went away..
