Explorer forum problems

I have one question about the explorer forum. Im running download speeds of 25mbs or higher nowdays. I have always had a problem with their pages loading soo slow. Sometimes they load at dial-up speed. Even after Im on the home page. If I click one of the forums on their. It still takes forever to load. Sometimes when I think it is loaded. I start scrolling the page. Then the page freezes up and starts loading more. I dont use EF too often 'cause it is a pain in the butt. Always has been.

Same here Eddie, but it just recently started happening. I now avoid EF threads with lot's of pictures. Could also be my 10 year old VAIO. :banghead:

I've too had numerous problems with EF pages loading slowly. Threads heavy with pictures basically don't load timely and I just close them out after being frustrated. Sort of like a flashback to dial -up days where you must decide if it's worth the wait.

For me,EF pages load slow. Even without pictures.

It doesnt matter what time of day or night. It is always slow. Sometimes the page Im veiwing reloads also. I have noticed it seems to be when the add's need to refresh. Or the add's didnt load properly, but not always.



Im like you. Sometimes I get frustrated and give up. Especialy when the page freezes while Im reading. It goes' into a refresh mode on it's own.

Yes the EF site pages are slow even when I was a Elite member there. I don't bother to check it on my iPhone because it doesn't load right. I follow a few treads on it for fun like the "Torque Monster Headers group buy". It's been like a soap opera with the drama and the razzle-dazzle from the supplier. Personally for me, the site has too many favorite sons that can do no wrong, and others who get no recognition for valuable input. I find sometimes locating the simplest info on EF is like researching for a term paper and requires an intensive search.

Sometimes, pictures don't load on my phone with Forum Runner, though. The Ranger Station forum doesn't perform really any better on Tapatalk, though, so I won't blame the forum or the app without knowing it's not my phone.
