So I'm doing the brakes on my new truck and was bored at work so I thought I'd look up some info on-line so I know what I'm getting myself into this weekend. About the 3rd forum I looked up i found the linked post. Basically a woman asked for some detailed info on what she needs to do to do the brake job.
One member jumped on and was a little mean to her IMO (if he didn't want to type anything up, he probably just could've stayed quiet):
Just makes the members of this sight that much better in my mind.

Are you kidding?!? Don't take this the wrong way, but buy yourself a book! For about $25.00, you can get a Haynes repair manual at your local auto store; it will provide you with the step by step proceedures and pictures too.
I certainly don't have the time to type a couple of pages worth of instructions on how to change the front and rear pads on your truck.
The $25.00 you should spend will also provide you with other repairs you can do on the truck as well.
Just makes the members of this sight that much better in my mind.
