Factory Harness

The factory harness to the Pioneer 6 disc unit has 15 wires. When you order plug from Crutchfied or Scosche their plugs have 14 wires. The wire that is omitted is pin #3 for voltage supplied in Start overload protected Fuse # F2.28. If I do not hook this wire to factory radio what happens.? There is also Fuse #F2.29 Hot at all times running to pin #9. If this power source is required why is it missing from both sources?. Just wondering ifI need to ad the wire.

should not need to add any pins into the harness. in my history i havent had to add pins unless its a custom installation or retaining SWC.
