factory sub rattling the back panel

Factory sub was sounding awful. I removed the plastic door that covers the sub - and it sounds much better. Any ideas what can I use (other than duct tape) to prevent the door and back panel from rattling/buzzing?

I used a couple of those felt circles that you buy to put under furniture. They stopped the rattling, and the door remains intact. Now, if I could just get the dog to stop stepping on it and knocking it out of the plastic piece that holds it in place...
