factory sub

Hi,

Just won a 2002 factory sub with amp on E-bay without harness. Does anyone know if harness is installed in 2001, or where I can purchase one?

It is not factory installed, You have to visit the dealer. The part number is in the projects section in the project for installing the factory sub woofer. ALSO you must have the correct radio to hook it up to. NOT all the factory radios have the 3 connectors needed to make the factory sub work...

Where do I find the projects section and how can I find out which radio is installed?

Here is the link to the project.....



As far as the radio, you have to remove the radio and look at the back of it, ALSO shown in the project.



The radio will have 3 black connectors, 2 that are standard with pins installed. IF the third is blank you can not use the sub, IF it has the pins, then your good to go...



The projects section is on the LEFT menu under Members, then projects.
