Finally pulled the trigger on a new nav unit

After getting cold feet many times, I finally pulled the trigger and decided to get a NAV unit for my '05 ST. I decided on the Kenwood DNX-5160. Anyone have experience with these or hints for use?

I've placed my current setup (radio and iPod adapter) on the swap & sell board for consideration by the members here.

And you guys don't have to worry about old map data!! Do you have to have the 3G iPad to get continuous updates on the road?

I have a 5120 that I bought/installed a few years back. Fantastic unit, no regrets. I can only imagine the 5160 is even better. Ask away.
