Flasher Location?

I was wondering where the flasher is in the truck i have an 01. I just put some LEDs for my tail lights and im trying to get rid of my turn signals flashing fast.

yes i do. but i cant find anything about the flasher

It should be up under the dash.

I have an '04, I will look in mine..Maybe some one that knows will read this also that knows..

do you know exactly where? or is it pretty much right there when you look?

Mike if it is not the silent type. Turn on your signal light and you might be able to trace the clicking. My manual shown nada.

i found it, (i think) its in the black box underneath the dash its blue. i took it out and the turn signals or hazards wouldnt work. so now i just need to get a replacement flasher now.
