FLASHING THE ECM

Is there any way to flash the ecm with out a ob2 reader..? I latly been getting a check engine light witch come and goes..It looks like on really cold days the light comes off and then comes back on warmer days..This light started coming on after i replaced the vaccume elbow leak..Any idea guys?

Get the code checked, just to be safe. The only other way to turn the CEL off is to disconnect the negative battery cable for a few minutes up to 20 or so. This may or may not work depending on how soon the trac throws the code again.

i went to a oil lube place and they cleared mine because my error showed a bad gas cap and it was fine and has stayed off for a month now.
