I didn't get floor mats with my 04 xlt, a month or so later found out I should have, didn't have the sticker anymore and the salesman STILL apologized, ordered the mats and gave 'em to me no charge...Of course after my dad bought an F-150, my mom bought a 500, both my sisters got Escapes, and I got my ST...I think the guy would have given me a pedicure if I'd asked...my family probably put his kid thruough college
